Our blends are thoughtfully created, keeping in mind the unique characteristics of each coffee. We've specified the roast for each, but if you prefer a different roast, let us know! We will roast orders of 2 kilograms or more to your specifications.

Afternoon in Ixtapa: An incredibly smooth, rich blend that leaves you thinking of an afternoon in Mexico. Roasted medium.

Avalanche: This blend rocks! It will sweep you away and leave you breathless. Roasted dark and full but not burnt..

Bull Dog Bite: This is one incredible dark roast with a bite. One of our most popular dark blends, this is created using South American and African coffees. If you like strong coffee, this is your personal bite.

Cherry Creek: This medium roast is fruity, with a hint of sweetness and an almost blackberry-like taste. Created when Misty Ridge moved to Port Alberni, it has been one of the most popular medium coffees ordered.

Dark French Blend: This blend will get you going in the morning. Strong, exceptionally full bodied and full of character. A combination of Columbian and Mexican coffees, this blend is roasted dark. Not for the faint at heart.

Dragon’s Tooth: Looking for a full bodied SHARP coffee? This blend of Mexican, Guatemala, and Columbia beans and more is the one with bite. Especially good for smokers’ palates. Roasted dark.

Hurricane Force: This blend of two South American beans produces a full-bodied, very bold coffee that is of a European genre. Full Force Coffee. Roasted medium.

Italian Milano: (Espresso) This four bean blend creates a lovely crème for those with espresso machines. Formulated to provide premium flavour.

Mayan Morning: Central American and Indonesian beans give this blend a full presence of coffee flavour with a lively, nutty finish. Roasted medium.

Misty Rainforest: South American three bean blend. Smooth and dark, it has a rich presence, but without the bite.

Mt H'Kusam Blend: A blend of African and South American coffees, it is roasted medium and leaves a very pleasant taste in your mouth.

Peruvian Mountain Blend: Now here is the weekend coffee…the one to relax with on a Sunday morning. This is a full-bodied, creamy coffee, with a lovely sweet tone to it. We roast it light.

Raven Wings: The most recent offering from Misty Ridge. This dynamic dark roast coffee is smooth, bold, with a slightly nutty edge, and a smoky finish. If you like a full tasting, robust coffee, with less caffeine, this is your blend.

Savanah Sunrise: Smooth and fruity, with some slight earth tones. This is a wonderful morning coffee. Roasted Medium.

Shadow Canyon: Roasted in the shadow of Mount H’Kusam, this blend of three beans is what gourmet coffee is all about. Full bodied, flavourful, it has striking undertones that leave you wanting just one more cup. Roasted Dark

South Seas Serenade: A creamy, full bodied medium roast coffee with sweet undertones. Created from Papua New Guinea and Central American beans.

Sun*Dance: A rich and creamy blend created from Indonesian and South American beans. This is one incredible flavour and one of our most popular!

Tanzania Twilight: An unusual blend of African and South American coffees that create a mild dark roast. This blend is for those who enjoy less caffeine but a full, mild, dark coffee flavour.

Thor's Hammer: A light roast with full acidity and caffeine. This blend has a bold, full, rich flavour.

Tsunami: A rich and creamy blend of South American and Indonesian beans. This blend has a full-bodied wall of flavour that gives incredible presence. Roasted medium.

Vienna Roast: This three-bean blend is creamy, full of body, yet with a hint of a sharp edge to it…one of our most popular coffees. This is the one that coffee shops can’t keep enough of in stock. Dark roasted.

West Coast Roast: Strong, bold, full of flavour, this blend is roasted dark.
